Alright, let’s talk about this Fendi Calf Hair Mama Bag Baguette Brown Bag, the one they say is the “original order.” So, I got my hands on this bag a while back. Yeah, I was curious, just like anyone else would be, hearing all these things about it being a perfect copy and all.
First thing I did? Looked at the darn thing. It’s brown, like they say. Got this calf hair thing going on. Feels kinda soft, kinda fancy, I guess. They talk about pony hair too. Might be, might not be. Doesn’t really matter to me, to be honest. It’s got that big FF logo on it, shiny and all. Can’t miss that.
Then, I went and opened it up. Checked the inside. It’s got this zipper pocket. You know, where you put your keys, your wallet, whatever small stuff you don’t want rolling around in the main part of the bag. Pretty standard for a purse, I reckon.
- Checked the serial number, like everyone says you should.
- It’s there, alright. “FENDI Made in Italy.”
- Then there’s this long number, 15, 16 digits, something like that.
- Supposed to match the number on some card, but I didn’t get no card.
Used it for a while, carried it around. It’s a bag, you know? It holds stuff. Did its job. Didn’t fall apart or anything. Felt pretty sturdy, I gotta say. And yeah, people noticed it. Got some compliments. Some folks asked if it was real. Told ’em what I knew: it’s a copy, a good one, or so they say.
My Two Cents
Look, this Fendi Mama Baguette, it’s a nice bag. If you’re into these designer things, and you got the money, and you want this one, then go for it. It’s your money. But if you’re looking for just any bag, there are others. Cheaper ones, too. This one, it’s more about the name, the brand, that FF logo. It’s a statement, I guess. Makes you feel a certain way, carrying it around. Fancy, maybe. Important, even.
So, did I find out if it’s a “perfect copy”? I don’t know. It’s a good bag, though. Looks like the pictures, feels nice, does what a bag’s supposed to do. Original order or not, it’s a Fendi. Or looks like one, anyway. And that’s probably enough for most folks. It was for me, at least for a while.
